JOB TITLE: Travel Advisor
SALARY: Up to 11,400 EGP depending on experience and English level

LOCATION: Cairo, Egypt

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently hiring Travel Advisors to join our team in our Cairo office. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and customer service skills, and have a passion for traveling. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for matching customers with the best travel itinerary and packages that suit their needs, and providing them with the highest quality service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package, social and medical insurance, and a transportation provided.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

– Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (B2 or C1 level required)
– Customer service or travel industry experience preferred but not required
– Good understanding of geography, airlines, and travel itineraries
– Pleasant and friendly personality with excellent problem-solving skills
– Availability to work full-time with a flexible schedule (overnight shift required)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Respond to customer inquiries on travel packages and itineraries via phone or email
– Provide customers with complete and accurate information according to their needs and interests
– Make travel arrangements for customers including flights, hotels, tours and other activities
– Offer recommendations and sell travel packages that meet customer preferences and budgets
– Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints or issues with respectful and efficient communication
