<p>We are a Leading C2C Travel platform, Travel Packages that are designed based on other travelers’ experiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Mission</strong> is to enable anyone to benefit from his travel experiences.</p><p><strong>Our Vision</strong> is to be the leading C2C platform in the MENA.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a Travel Agent to work in our offices in Kuwait. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holidays and you will provide tourism-related services and packages, The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal to future services.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and sell transportation, accommodations,</li><li>insurance, and other travel services.</li><li>Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.</li><li>Provide relevant information to travelers.</li><li>Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.</li><li>Book from offline hotels &amp; DMCs.</li><li>Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, reissues, or refunds.</li><li>Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.</li><li>Enter data into our software and maintain client files.</li><li>Maintain statistical and financial records.</li><li>Meet profit and sales targets.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least 4 years of work experience as a Travel Agent.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Amadeus refund, and reissue.</li><li>Arabic &amp; Fluency in English.</li><li>Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively</li><li>Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.</li><li>Good experience in live chat &amp; CRM software.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Note:</strong> Basic Salary started from 500 KWD monthly + reachable commission schema.</p>
