We are currently partnering with a leading international travel company to fill a critical role within their organization. Our client is looking to bring on board a General Sales Manager to spearhead their new sales operations across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait). The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader, with an in-depth understanding of the region’s travel market, ready to utilize existing products and services to meet sales targets.

Salary: USD 100,000 – 120,000 per annum
You must be a native Saudi national to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the strategic sales planning for the establishment and growth of the new sales operations across the GCC region.
  2. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
  3. Understand and anticipate the unique travel preferences, patterns, and needs of customers from the GCC countries.
  4. Utilize the existing portfolio of travel products and services to design appealing and tailored packages for GCC markets.
  5. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key partners to optimize sales results.
  6. Monitor travel market trends in the GCC region and adapt sales strategies as necessary.
  7. Collaborate with the international head office to align on business strategies and goals.
