They are instrumental in preparing and maintaining surgical equipment, ensuring sterile environment and providing essential support throughout the surgical process. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><u>Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>•</u></strong><span>Assisting surgeons and nurses during orthopaedic trauma surgeries.</span></p><p><strong><u>•</u></strong><span>Ensuring all necessary surgical instruments and supplies are available for procedures.</span></p><p><strong><u>•</u></strong><span>Passing instruments to surgeons during surgery. </span></p><p><strong><u>•</u></strong><span>Maintaining a sterile environment and following proper infection control protocols.</span></p><p><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p><strong><u>Qualification, Skills & Experience required: -</u></strong></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>Bachelor degree or Equivalent. </span></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>Minimum prior experience of 2 years as a scrub technician, preferably in S Orthopaedics. </span></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>Knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures used in orthopaedics.</span></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>Strong understanding of sterile techniques and infection control procedures.</span></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>Ability to work well in fast – paced surgical environment and handle stressful situations.</span></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</span></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>UAE driving License (Additional)</span></p><p><strong><u>·</u></strong><span>UAE experience Mandatory. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>If you match the above skill sets, kindly share your resume on hr@mozaicintl.com</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><br></p>
