Job Description
Create a network within departments and key personnel with public and private entities across KSA that can be converted into clients
Maintain frequent client interactions to strengthen client relationships
Develop and deliver client presentations as needed
Provide outstanding services and build client confidence
Develop process improvements to ensure client satisfaction and lead generation
Develop KPI systems and monitoring tools to enhance project management and operations
Supervise project delivery team in terms of hitting contractual obligations and quality assurance for delivery of project
Maintain positive, long-term and productive relationships with clients to increase repeat business
Assign and manage workloads to team members, oversee daily team workflow and redirect work to meet changing client needs
Manage employee recruitment, training, performance evaluation
Perform critical client negotiations for service contracts and costs
