Job Description

<strong>Role purpose: </strong>To Plan, design &amp; implement the needed capacity for the access transmission network infrastructure to optimally support the capacity requirements for the expected voice &amp; data traffic growth including 4G &amp; preparation of 5G using the cost effective transmission solutions on the proper timeframe. Furthermore , to evolve &amp; Modernize the Access Layer including Microwave l&amp; FTTS towards full IP Technology.<br><br><strong>Key accountabilities and decision ownership: <br></strong><ul><li>Design the needed transmission changes/upgrades to cater the required transport capacities for both Mobile &amp; Enterprise/Fixed networks</li><li>Follow up on different RO to ensure implementing the issued changes as planned and on Time</li><li>Design reroute solutions for LOS &amp; Offload problems</li><li>Material planning for the needed TX upgrades and new Rollout activities</li><li>Continuous updating and Data cleansing for Different TX planning tools &amp; DBs<br><br></li></ul><strong>Core competencies, knowledge and experience:<br></strong>Education: BSC in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic Engineering<p><br></p>Work Experience: Preferred 4 Years’ Experience in Transmission field focusing on Access Transport.<p><br></p>Personal skills: Self-Motivated, Can Work under stress, Team Work Spirit and Initiative, problem solving and decision making<br><br><strong>Must have technical / professional qualifications: <br></strong>Good Knowledge in Microwave wireless communications and Fiber Optics.<p><br></p>Good knowledge of Data analytics and python programming.<p><br></p>CCNA is a plus
