Translation Vendor Manager

LocaliZone is hiring Translation Vendor Manager! <br><br>This is your chance to start off your career in Vendor Management here at LocaliZone Team.<br><br>We are looking for a Vendor Manger, who will learn and grow their skills, so that in time they can help LocaliZone have a full set of vendors who can fullfill all projects needs, so that they become a part of our success journey.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br> • To evaluate company’s needs for vendors in different languages and services;<br> • To establish a strategy for building the company’s database based on its periodical needs;<br> • To invite qualified Vendors through LinkedIn and Proz.com to join the company’s team;<br> • To respond to applicants through the company’s email;<br> • To test applicants and assess their eligibility to join the company’s translation team;<br> • To negotiate contracts and rates: Vendor Managers are responsible for negotiating new and existing Vendor Contracts.<br> • To work closely with all external resources to continually improve the quality and responsiveness of their service;<br> • Relationship management with existing Vendors;<br> • To receive project requirements from the PM and identify suitable Vendors for the project and contact them to assign them to the project;<br><br>Job Requirements:<br> • Two years of VM experience is a must.<br> • Previous experience in Translation industry is a must.<br> • Ability to quickly respond to emails.<br> • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.<br> • Excellent time management and planning.<br> • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.<br> • High sense of urgency.<br> • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and leadership skills<br><br>Benefits:<br> • A good Fixed Net Salary.<br> • Friendly work environment<br> • Good potential for career development<br><br>ON SITE NOT REMOTELY!<br><br>If you find yourself qualified for this job, you are welcome to apply at hiring@localizone.co with your updated CV and mentioned your expected salary. <br><br>Best Regards,
