We are pleased to be accepting applications for a PMO and Change Management Specialist to be a part of the Transformation Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This includes working with project managers to develop and implement project plans, tracking project progress, and identifying mitigating risks
  • Provide support in change management initiatives, including developing and implementing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs; must be able to manage stakeholders and provide guidance to the project team on how to effectively implement changes
  • Support in the execution of the stakeholder engagement plan; Including stakeholder identification, and stakeholders’ interests, highlighting their power and influence, and outlining the tools to be used to execute stakeholder engagement
  • Execute and implement training/resource enablement at the incubation center
  • Execute branding strategies for the finance function to increase its visibility and influence within the organization

Experience Required:

  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role with a large company
  • Working knowledge of project and change management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with MS Excel, MS Word
  • Previous experience with SAP is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance
