Job Description

Plan and design training programs with the appropriate learning outcomes, tools and methodologies.

Prepare a program plan and learning materials for the target audience.

Deliver training according to the training plan.

Ensure the effectiveness of the training program using a set of criteria.

Collaborate with the evaluation specialist to conduct evaluations and identify areas of improvement

Maintain a database of all training materials.

Skills

Excellence communication skills both verbal and written.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Excellent planning and time management skills.

Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand.
