This is an excellent career opportunity for talented fresh graduates looking to join a truly international team.<p><br></p><strong>Your new role – challenging and future-oriented</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of Competency Management System (CMS)</li><li>Organize train-the-trainer trainings.</li><li>Supporting of the training manager in all his duties.</li><li>Organize training of experts in their relevant field.</li><li>Responsibility for the safety of groups of trainees together with the EHS team.</li><li>Analysis of needs for trainings in cooperation with the concerned departments.</li><li>Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of the individual training programs.</li><li>Elaboration of documentation for training activities.</li><li>Clarification of training objectives and performance criteria prior to the commencement of the training.</li><li>Provision of advice for the most effective methods of training.</li><li>Initiating the conduction of additional trainings in coordination with the training manager.</li><li>Supporting the training manager with administrative work. </li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Your qualifications – Digital and Solid!</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Degree in Business Administration or any relevant degree from reputable university or College.</li><li>0 – 6 months experience preferably in Training</li><li>Very good level of English language.</li><li>Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)</li><li>People-person, quality-oriented and results-driven.</li><li>Saudi National.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What else do I need to know?</strong><p><br></p>Siemens is dedicated to quality, equality, and valuing diversity, and we welcome applications that reflect the diversity of the communities within which we work.
