<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><u>Job Purpose</u>:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Responsible for handling training program for all drivers as per the organizational policies and norms of ITC.</p><p>Also, efficient at managing administrative work related to training team.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>Main Accountabilities / Duties</u>:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>On boarding the new drivers which includes but not limited to creating the profile in ITC portal, issuing the welcome kit.</li><li>Prepare and update handouts and training materials for drivers based on ITC norms, conduct the requisite classroom trainings and schedule for location training.</li><li>Assess the performance of trainee drivers before scheduling for ITC test and booking the trainee drivers for test.</li><li>Monitor the trainee driver’s biometrics on daily basis to complete their 130 hrs and prepare their monthly attendance reports.</li><li>Schedule and conduct the required sessions as per the ITC norms for active drivers from Franchise taxi.</li><li>In the absence of training manager, liaise with ITC for administrative work which includes but not restricted to procuring approvals, handling complaints, booking assessments.</li><li>Train, educate and update drivers on the methods and procedures appropriate to facilitating efficient completion of their duties as per ITC rules.</li><li>Executions of training courses according to the requirements of ITC center and company policy in terms of quality, manner and duration.</li><li>Execution of training activities that are specific to each training module and perform practical test for each trainee.</li><li>Scheduling the training process for each trainee/driver.</li><li>Record attendance of all trainees/driver at in/out of training courses.</li><li>Review, update and retrain existing drivers on procedures and process relevant to AGT company principles including Health and Safety policies.</li><li>To keep and update the training records for all company drivers.</li><li>Ensure all drivers are familiar with the latest customer requirements.</li><li>Perform any other related duties.</li></ul><p> </p><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: Bachelor’s degree </li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum 2 years of experience in the training Taxi drivers.</li><li><strong>Skills</strong>: Excellent communication skills in Oral and Written English and Arabic.</li></ul><p></p>
