We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.<p><br></p><strong><em>Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone?</em></strong><p><br></p><strong>JOB TITLE: </strong>Welding Instructor<p><br></p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Train trainees in welding techniques</li><li> Ensure the safety of trainees and the training environment</li><li> Develop lesson plans and teaching aids</li><li> Monitor and evaluate trainee learning</li><li> Maintain training equipment</li><li> Participate in the continuous improvement of training programs</li><li> Monitor welding technology and regulations</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Essential Qualifications And Skills</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li> A minimum of 10 years of experience in welding training</li><li> Knowledge of various welding techniques (TIG, MIG, ARC, etc.)</li><li> Welding certification (ASME, AWS, etc.)</li><li> Ability to develop training plans and materials</li><li> Ability to train groups of different welding skill levels</li><li> Proficiency in computer and presentation tools for training purposes</li><li> Excellent communication skills for knowledge transfer</li></ul><p><br></p>Additional Information<p><br></p>
