<p>SEVEN Club – premium wellness center is looking for a Training &amp; Quality Manager with expertise in hospitality training and quality management. The successful candidate will analyze customer reviews, develop training programs, and ensure consistent service excellence across all departments. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive training programs for all departments, focusing on customer service, problem resolution, training the trainers, and more</li><li>Conduct on-the-job training sessions to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities</li><li>Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures, working closely with department heads and supervisors</li><li>Implement quality control measures based on customer feedback to maintain high service standards</li><li>Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and identify training needs for continuous improvement</li><li>Maintain accurate training records, including schedules, attendance, and assessments</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to develop customized training programs aligned with organizational goals</li><li>Assisting with the hiring process, including screening candidates and conducting group interviews </li><li>Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, providing necessary training and resources</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Background in hospitality training and quality management </li><li>Strong expertise in developing and delivering training programs.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset for reviewing customer feedback and implementing improvements.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.</li><li>Familiarity with standard operating procedures and industry best practices.</li><li>Experience in managing the hiring process, including group interviews and onboarding.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you have a passion for training, quality management, and delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this position.
