<p><strong>We are looking for candidates exclusively from Education / Ed tech Industry.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Would you like to join a leading Edtech Company and contribute to the Education Sector as much as possible? If YES, we are looking for a talented ” Training and Implementation Manager ” to be based in Dubai, UAE.</p><p><br></p><p>We have been representing and establishing international brands under Education Sector across K-12 and Higher Education, including technology companies globally for two decades.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for implementation and training for learning products (online resources, STEM products etc) in Schools and Universities.</li><li>End-to-end ownership for leading, motivating, and maintaining fruitful implementation and outcomes in the training department.</li><li>Responsible for the planning, organizing, and management of project tasks and resources to bring about the successful completion of project goals and objectives.</li><li>Keep abreast of the changing trends and product knowledge through reading materials, attending industry events, seminars etc.</li><li>Audit the existing content, identify gaps and provide suitable recommendations / suggestions to enhance the quality and efficacy of the content.</li><li>Key contact person for the major project management activities.</li><li>Establish content and/or work with the team to generate content for all academic grades. Deliverables may include (but are not limited to): landing pages, email/SMS templates, social media, blog posts, newsletters, advertisements, videos, slide decks, one-pagers, press releases and supporting sales documents.</li><li>Responsible for frequent product knowledge updates and providing on-time training to the KH team.</li><li>Should be responsible to deliver online and onsite trainings for clients independently.</li><li>Implement new era educational initiative events in collaboration with other organizations and technology providers.</li><li>Coordinate with the principal company as well as outside partnersβ workstreams (e.g., graphic designers, videographers, copywriters, creative agencies, etc.).</li><li>Should be willing to travel both domestically and internationally when needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2 to 3 Years Training/ Teaching Experience is must.</strong></li><li>Candidate must have excellent communication and client management skills to maintain positive client relations.</li><li>Candidate must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced.</li><li>Good IT Skills</li><li>Must be from a teaching/training background.</li><li>Should be flexible in travelling across UAE on a regular basis.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary Range.</strong></p><p>15000 AED to 18000 AED</p>
