Training and Development Specialist

<p>Al-Rashed Industrial is looking for a <strong>Saudi </strong>Training, Communication and Engagement Specialist to join our team in Dammam 2nd Industrial City.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong> Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>At least one year of experience in a training, communication, engagement or related position required.</li><li>Conduct needs analysis and review training requests to prioritize development to maximize the impact for development.</li><li>Present in a Training Curriculum subsection (technical, soft skills or leadership) and identify and develop curriculum extensions.</li><li>Practice program and project management.</li><li>Manage relationships specialty consultants and direct vendors in the design, development and presentation of training programs and materials.</li><li>Conduct and facilitate training programs and manage online web enabled training programs.</li><li>Review and research market trends, new legislation and practices, conduct assessments and utilize other available information to make recommendations and incorporate findings into training materials.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong> Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required (Organizational Behavior, Organizational Design and Development, Human Resource Management or related field).</li><li>Experience with online training tools.</li><li>Integrate new tools, methods and industry best practices into training program.</li><li>Self-motivated, disciplined, organized, proactive and energetic.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding oral and written communications.</li><li>Ability to facilitate and present training in front of groups or individuals.</li></ul>
