Job Description

  • Management and ongoing optimization with the Head of Operations of the project systems used to plan for and manage all projects/tasks/clients work.
  • Daily planning, management and scheduling of all creative and copy resources needed for delivery across assigned client’s projects – social, digital, content and media.
  • Oversee assigned project resources to ensure timelines are met and deliverables handed over.
  • Manage allocations, timesheets, client deliveries reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Management of freelance teams / individuals supporting the Head of Operations with contracts, fees and onboarding as well as managing all bookings.
  • Hold daily traffic meetings and status updates with creative teams and leadership.
  • Monitor traffic processes & input ideas on how to improve current practices where required.
  • Manage all tight turnaround campaign resources and update key stakeholders and team leads on requirements and issues.
  • Understand and master the workflow management tools and onboard new joiners onto those systems.
  • Ongoing assessment of all freelancers to ensure delivery against requirements and provide recommendations for extensions of contracts.
  • Resource crisis management for new briefs, pitches and weekend schedules.
  • Assist in the operations growth in Egypt, including recruitment, admin and operational support.
  • Ensure company culture within team members is built and help the head of operations to lead on this with the support of the People & Culture Manager in Dubai.
