You will work closely with the senior management team to execute our business strategy and champion our result-oriented culture.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>If you’re looking to have a massive impact in a high-growth startup in one of the most exciting markets in decades, you will find this role challenging and rewarding in equal measure.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>We appreciate all talent as an equal opportunity employer, </span><u>however, please note that only candidates with experience in Trading Operations, FIX Protocol within electronic trading will be considered for this role.&nbsp;</u></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>First-line production support for various firm’s trading systems.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with vendors for regression test on trading environment.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with cross-functional peers such as platform, product, compliance, legal, and finance.</span></li><li><span>Gather and document requirements for system enhancements.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate and setup client connectivity and client onboarding.</span></li><li><span>Pre-trade risk controls and operations oversight.</span></li><li><span>Ability to update and draft function specific policies and procedures</span></li><li><span>Strive to make your work as efficient as possible by improving or creating processes, automating as much of your work as possible.</span></li><li><span>When necessary, utilizing both e-mail and live chat, responding to client requests regarding trading (explaining functions and order types, order execution).</span></li><li><span>Strive to make your work as efficient as possible by improving or creating processes, automating as much of your work as possible.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Understanding of various trading technologies such as FIX protocol and REST APIs.</span></li><li><span>Preferably experience with Python.</span></li><li><span>Digital or traditional assets trading experience is a requirement, preferably on multiple platforms.</span></li><li><span>Understanding of SQL.</span></li><li><span>Proven ability to work across different functions and being able to adjust communication according to the intended audience.</span></li><li><span>A humble get-it-done mindset! You’re resourceful and in your element going from 0 to 1.</span></li><li><span>Excellent problem solving skills; can troubleshoot complex systems.</span></li><li><span>Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently layout and test clear hypotheses and solve problems without well-defined direction.</span></li></ul><p><br></p>
