Job Id: 23669434<p><br></p><ul><li>Managing the day to day functioning of trade operations related to various Trade products such as Open Account &amp; documentary credits as well as ensuring required support is provided for offshore and internal clients.</li><li>Handling client queries and ensure they are responded to the satisfaction of customers.</li><li>Manage and perform the daily control activities of Trade operations covering all product offerings.</li><li>Ensure all departmental process documents, flows, risk and control self-assessment are periodically reviewed and update periodically.</li><li>Support in the roll out of projects providing requirements, UAT testing, go live support to avoid any client impact.</li><li>Support the team manager in all internal and external audits and reviews.</li><li>To manage the day to day working of Trade Operations.</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate potential risk events / operational losses / fraud.</li><li>To manage the analysis of existing work practices – system and procedural – identifying and implementing areas for improvement.</li><li>Updating of department process notes and process flows in line with system changes and new regulations and process.</li><li>Act as back up and support for other areas team members in Operations.</li><li>Archive and file transactional records in line with local regulations and process.</li><li>The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills due to direct interaction with clients, coverage and stakeholders.</li><li>Report issues and concerns as soon as possible to senior’s in time and with complete information, in which effort is made to prevent or limit possible damage.</li><li>Support and work towards the common objective of Unit stakeholders.</li><li>Timely escalation of issues and concerns to the Management team to mitigate any potential impact .</li><li>Support Team Leader and Department head in various audits and reviews by internal and external audit teams.</li><li>Qualifications:</li><li>6-8 years of experience in a related role.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.</li><li>Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills</li><li>English language fluency is a must .</li><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>CDCS is preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>————————————————-<p><br></p><strong>Job Family Group: </strong><p><br></p>Operations – Transaction Services<p><br></p>————————————————-<p><br></p><strong>Job Family:</strong><p><br></p>Cash Management<p><br></p>——————————————————<p><br></p><strong>Time Type:</strong><p><br></p>Full time<p><br></p>——————————————————<p><br></p>Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.<p><br></p>Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.<p><br></p>Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Citi”) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
