The AlHalees name continued to expand and service many industries from that day on, including food services, groceries, related goods, industrial equipment, central kitchen, catering gear, packaging lines, and more.<p><br></p><strong>Job Overview</strong><p><br></p>To provide trade marketing leadership for the Food and Equipment divisions within Alhalees Group targeting the various segments of the HoReCa market. To Develop effective B2B and B2C marketing strategies and enhance the brand’s visibility within the local market.<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p><strong>Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Re-establish and develop the marketing department. </li><li>Hire and empower the marketing team. </li><li>Develop robust connections with our local and international suppliers. </li><li>Tailor marketing material for the HoReCa equipment to appeal to local consumers. </li><li>Initiate marketing messages to the local market, taking into consideration its particularity. </li><li>Acquiring product knowledge and application in the target sectors and providing the sales team with comprehensive product knowledge. </li><li>Study the local market, and gather the correct data based on which marketing messages are created for the target sectors. </li><li>To be updated on new product releases and to conceive marketing campaigns to launch new products. </li><li>To be able to establish and create brands of newly packaged products. </li><li>Collaborating with the Sales Department to devise efficient pricing and distribution strategies. </li><li>Assist in developing strategies to promote and position our product effectively. </li><li>To present and launch new products and technologies. </li><li>Utilize market intelligence to select new trending products locally and internationally. </li><li>Establish steadfast branding guidelines in all our outlets, create design concepts that align with our company brand identity, and ensure they are consistently upheld in the long run. </li><li>Create a yearly financial plan for marketing initiatives and promotional materials. </li><li>Oversee and enhance the functionality of various digital marketing platforms. </li><li>Evaluate marketing activities by using ROI, productivity, and performance metrics. </li><li>Create an annual calendar of campaigns and events. </li></ul> Qualifications<p><br></p><strong>Qualifications, Certification, and Competencies:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial position in the related field and industry. </li></ul><p><br></p>Additional Information<p><br></p><strong>Major Competencies: </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Content management and creation. </li><li>Budget creation. </li><li>Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and networking ability. </li><li>Strong attention to details. </li><li>Excellent organization and planning skills. </li><li>Commercial awareness. </li><li>Market intelligence. </li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects at once. </li><li>Strong drive for results. </li><li>Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Ability to analyze problems and create a solution. </li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of the Saudi market.</li></ul>
