Title: Commercial Development Executive – Nestle Professional

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Full-Time

Position Summary: Lead and develop assigned Category & Channel strategies & initiatives to deliver agreed objectives/targets

A day in the life…

  • Ensure development and execution of Category Channel Plan for the assigned Category & Channel in line with business requirements
  • On time in full execution of Integrated Commercial Plan/planning gates.
  • Building Channel and Category expertise in priority channels through consolidating 5C insight.
  • Work with sales team at trade level to integrate Nestle and customer planning processes for distributors and key accounts
  • On time in full implementation of the perfect launch for key innovation launches.
  • Support KA management team in planning and execution of customer specific activation
  • Determine prioritized products by category and channel according to overall category plan
  • Follow up on category and channel management projects
  • Support sales managers when establishing customer strategies
  • Ensure achievement of agreed Category Channel targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, CCS, Forecast accuracy etc.)
  • Assist sales head in monthly target setting by Channel / FSR based on activity plans
  • Assist sales head in improving demand planning accuracy and reflect read demands in MFR
  • Ensure implementation and periodic update/follow up of Category Channel Plan
  • Lead the Monthly Sales Review process at country level and participate in the Monthly Business Planning Cycle (MBPC) meetings
  • Develop promotional activities; maintain in the system data and follow up on the budgets
  • Ensure training of new product launches is implemented and sales team is enabled to effectively
  • Identify killer operator Insight/actionable idea and develop in-store execution
  • Coordinate field research for category / channel; analyze and report the outcomes
  • Gain operator and end consumer insights / support sales and marketing
  • Report 5C insights on a regular basis
  • Effectively manage Category Channel specific budget
  • Manage PFME budgets
  • Create budget & allocate approved PFME budget
  • Implement B2B activities with a proven record to improve NNS
  • Measure and evaluate PFME spend performance
  • Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
  • Collaborate with peer CCSD to share Category Channel best practices/insights, liaise with Marketing, Field Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to drive Category, Channel and Consumer related initiatives

  • Experience in HORECA is a plus
  • Experience in trade marketing/marketing & sales is a plus
