<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:<br></strong>Responsible for the safety, availability and comfort of the track by ensuring the reliability of maintenance operations by managing the maintenance teams.<br><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES<br></strong>• Supervise all maintenance activities.<br>• perform the preventive maintenance for line 3 track and turnouts as per the preventive maintenance plan.<br>• guarantee the train will run safely.<br>• Ensure the logistics of maintenance worksites.<br>• Use all the track maintenance tools and machines in a safe way.<br>• Ensure knowledge of the condition of the track<br>• check the track defects and report it to the supervisor engineer.<br>• replace the defected track components to make sure of its safety.<br>• Guide and help the maintenance teams to check the track defects.<br>• Complete the required tasks and report it to the supervisor engineer.<br>• Check the old materials spare from maintenance to scrapping the damaged and compilated the good ones and report it to the supervisor engineer.<br>• Move immediately to the incident location when reported and call all the team.<br>• Care and check all the track tools and equipment availability and verify it’s validity.<br>• Ensure internal communication with all team members.<br>• Perform all related duties as assigned by Track Manager<br>• Participate in the training of technicians/labors and newly hired employees.<br><br></p><p><br><strong>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE<br>QUALIFICATIONS:<br></strong>• mid-level education at least.<br><br></p><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE:<br></strong>• Know the technology of the Metro track.<br>• Know the constraints related to the operation of the lines.<br>• Know Track Maintenance.<br>• Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.<br>• Get used with track tools and machines.<br><br></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE:<br></strong>• 10 years relevant experience in railway industry.<br>• 5+ years’ relevant experience in track maintenance.<br><br></p><p><strong>DESIRED BEHAVIORS<br></strong>• Management skills<br>• Ability to supervise and control.<br>• Verbal &amp; Written Communication.<br>• Certificate railway academy.<br><br></p>
