<p><strong>Position – TIBCO Developer</strong></p><p><strong>Salary Budget- Maximum AED 20K</strong></p><p><strong>Maximum permissible notice period : Immediate joiners only</strong></p><p><strong>Work Location – Dubai</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p><strong><u>Education</u></strong></p><ul><li>Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)</li></ul><p><u> </u><strong><u>Experience</u></strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years experience in implementing end to end integration solutions with TIBCO BW, EMS</li><li>Familiarity with JSON, XML and Web Services. Expert in XPATH</li><li>Practical experience in application security such as SSL Certificates, cryptography</li><li>Practical experience in synchronous, asynchronous JMS communication as well as SOAP and REST</li><li>Practical experience in TIBCO Administrator, Hawk and scripting tools provided by TIBCO (buildear, appmanage, etc)</li></ul><p><u> </u><strong><u>Technical Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>Excellent in designing and developing CPU + Memory efficient apps on TIBCO BW along with failover scenarios</li><li>Excellent in SSL Certificates, communicate protocols such as JMS, REST, SOAP, TCP etc.</li><li>Excellent knowledge on XSD, XML to JSON, JSON to XML conversation methods</li><li>Daily usage of common shell scripting, comfortable to work on *nix OS</li><li>Always thinking with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving, troubleshooting issues in distributed services ecosystem</li><li>Knowledge on Java, and able to provide solutions including Java methods in TIBCO BW applications</li><li>Proved adherence to software development lifecycle. Excellent level on GIT</li></ul><p><u> </u><strong><u>Functional Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices</li><li>Experience in Banking/Financial domain is highly desired</li><li>Experience in Agile methodology</li><li>Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization</li><li>Hava a mindset of always improvement, research for best possibe solution</li></ul><p><strong><u>Soft Skills</u></strong></p><ul><li>Should be excellent in communication, should have positive attitude towards work and should be eager to learn new things</li><li>Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization</li><li>Should have excellent interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to senior management in IT and Business alike</li><li>Should be able to train/mentor team members</li></ul>
