<p>Job Description:</p><p>We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Mental Health Therapist/Counselor/Psychologist to join our clinic remotely (online). Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, and will be fluent in both English and Arabic.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health concerns.</p><p>Assess clients’ needs, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions.</p><p>Create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that promotes healing and growth.</p><p>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.</p><p>Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.</p><p>Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.</p><p>Provide culturally sensitive care and tailor treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of clients from Arabic-speaking backgrounds.</p><p>Offer therapy services in both English and Arabic languages.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.</p><p>Valid license to practice as a mental health therapist, counselor, or psychologist.</p><p>Fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.</p><p>Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly individuals from Arabic-speaking backgrounds.</p><p>Strong understanding of different therapeutic modalities and ability to apply evidence-based practices.</p><p>Empathetic, nonjudgmental, and culturally competent approach to therapy.</p><p>Ability to establish rapport and build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.</p><p>Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.</p><p><br></p><p>How to Apply:</p><p>If you are a compassionate and bilingual mental health professional dedicated to making a positive impact in people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.
