In this role, you will work closely with our engineering and product development teams to ensure the quality and performance of our products meet the highest standards.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement test strategies and plans for electronic control systems.</li><li>Design and execute test cases to verify system functionality and performance.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot defects and issues.</li><li>Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of software and hardware components.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for product improvements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to testing standards, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability and usability aspects.</li><li>Collaborate with design engineers, production engineers, and quality engineers to ensure products quality and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Supervise testing team on their daily routine.</li><li>Arrange with the quality department for the repairs or calibration of test equipment’s.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrated relevant experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of software and hardware testing methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++.</li><li>Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of electronic control systems and embedded software development.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li><li>Collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Health insurance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
