<strong>- Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Company – Egypt</strong><p><br></p>Our client one of the largest electrical/electronic manufacturing companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<p><br></p>They are going through very fast growth this year and are looking to welcome an experienced Tendering Engineer.<p><br></p>Join this company to build up a wide range of experience, knowledge, and network and play a major part in the company’s global growth.<p><br></p><strong><u>What Will You Do</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare Bills of Quantities for each and every equipment such as Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Transformers, Medium voltage Switchgears, Cables, Joints and Terminations etc.</li><li>Prepare Pre bid clarifications for unclear and/or contradiction items in tender package.</li><li>Evaluate suppliers offers and selection of offer which is almost complying with the tender requirements.</li><li>Study tender package thoroughly.</li><li>Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.</li><li>Conduct on-site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).</li><li>Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.</li><li>Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders.</li><li>Handle over the resulting structures and services for use.</li><li>Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.</li><li>Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.</li><li>Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.</li><li>Follow up with Quantity Survey Engineers, and provide them with the necessary guidance- whenever needed- on the tools to be used.</li><li>Keep track of projects’ statuses, create checklist for assigned duties and tasks, and report relevant information to the team leader.</li><li>Make sure that final direct cost is complying with project documents or list deviations if any.</li><li>Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What Do They Expect From You</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in High Voltage and Extra High Voltage Substations.</li><li>Speaking and Writing of English language fluently.</li><li>Project management and supervision skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Project Management (PRMG) is a plus.</li><li>International Project Management Association (IPMA) is a plus.</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of designing substations is a plus.</li></ul>
