We currently have an opportunity for a Site Superintendent position at our Bahrain location. The Electrical Project Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of electrical projects at various construction sites, including ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical construction, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales order report analysis, net profit analysis, stock analysis, business plan analysis and weekly report analysis.
- Process application methodology on client engagements.
- Follow protocol and evaluate external and internal requirements and respond to their needs as required.
- Adheres to query standards defined by technical team.
- Meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines.
- Responsible for managing all commercial aspects of allocated Client tenders and Budget Proposals including all associated subcontracts and supplier proposals in accordance with procedures, processes, and systems.
- Prepare and manage tender plan in conjunction with allocated Tender / Project Manager to ensure all defined deliverables are managed within agreed timeframes.
- Define and manage the procurement plan for the tender and ensure subcontractors and suppliers are managed using the relevant systems and tools throughout the tendering phase.
- Ensure all third-party costs are fully identified, confirmed, and included in the cost estimate.
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
- Maintaining client activities in CRM.
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
- Developing rapport with key decision makers.
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.
