Tendering and Estimation Manager

Job Description

<ul><li>Responsible for overseeing business growth of KAD. Duties include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, maintain beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.</li><li>Review and finalize project cost estimates / tender bids as prepared by the Tendering &amp; Estimation team.</li><li>Lead the Procurement department to negotiate and implement commercial terms with vendors and to set all strategic and operational procurement activities and policies.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects</li><li>Civil Engineering Background</li><li>15 years experience in similar positions</li></ul>
