The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job Purpose
This position exists to support sales engineer in the technical and tendering activities efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas
– Handling all Incoming Inquiries.
– Analyze RFQs and prepare costing as per standard process and tools.
– Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on offer submission.
– Prepare project Compliance Statement and data schedule etc.
– Ensure that offer submissions are fully complied with all necessary details.
– Leading the negotiation during bidding stage to arrange best offers from suppliers locally and foreign with involvement of supply chain
– Prepare a Techno-Commercial Offer.
– Prepare short circuit study for LV/MV network if required.
– Review of customer P.O and approve it based on authority matrix.
– Responsible for review/preparation of modifications and service offers during project execution
– in collaboration with service offer team.
– Control project budget and delivery by coordinate with all related functions (Design, supply chain,
– project management, account …etc.).
– Extend cost control in production process by using EPR system for routing, process release & cost
– control.
– Support the Sales Engineer during customer negotiations and closing of the deal.
– Support the Marketing Engineer in all technical clarifications to secure technical submittal approval
– and attend customer meetings if required.
– Support the customers (Client, consultant, and contractor) for all technical aspects in all projects stages.
