<p><span>The Temenos Technical Expert will oversee the implementation and customization of financial software solutions in Libya. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners, deliver training, and provide technical support. The role requires at least 10 years of Temenos experience, project management skills, and the ability to work remotely with monthly travel to Libya.&nbsp;</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><span>Providing Temenos Transact technical expertise and advice to internal stakeholders&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Customize the Temenos platform to meet specific client needs, adhering to industry standards and resolving technical challenges.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Oversee testing procedures to ensure system functionality and performance, conducting rigorous quality assurance checks.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Deliver training sessions, providing ongoing technical support and prompt issue resolution.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Foster strong relationships with the banks, colleagues, and partners to promote collaboration and stay updated with the latest Temenos developments and best practices.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Flexibility to work remotely from any location but must be able to travel to Libya on a monthly basis.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Comfortable working in a hybrid model with the ability to collaborate with multiple banks and clients.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of Temenos experience in implementation, customization, and support.&nbsp;</li><li>Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Temenos Transact System Administration and System Support, along with proficiency in programming languages and database management systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the financial industry and core banking systems, with a preference for familiarity with Libyan financial regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong project management capabilities to lead multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Languages</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>English (must)&nbsp;</p><p>Arabic (preferred)&nbsp;</p>
