Our client isan international coaching and improving performance company that has founded in 1998 and has more than 1500 employees around all their sites. They’re specialized in Training, Consultancy, Development, Soft Skills, Leadership, Sales, Productivity, Business Solutions and Customer Service
They are going through very fast growth this year and are looking to welcome an experienced Sales Indoor.

What will you do:
- Conduct indoor sales activities to promote coaching and training services to potential clients.
- Respond to inquiries from walk-in clients and address their needs effectively.
- Explain the benefits and features of coaching and training programs to potential customers.
- Build and maintain a strong knowledge of the organization’s coaching and training offerings.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable coaching or training program based on their requirements and goals.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional coaching or training services to existing clients.
- Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales area tidy, organized, and visually appealing to attract potential clients.
- Attend team meetings to discuss sales performance and share best practices.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and presentations to support sales efforts.
- Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
What do they expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related.
- at least 2 Years of experience in sales, preferably in the Professional Training and Coaching industry or any related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fundamental understanding of sales strategies and methodologies.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, goal-oriented workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish rapport with potential consumers.
- Presentation abilities that are both persuasive and confident.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and progress in a sales capacity.
- Sales targets must be met with a goal-oriented mindset and motivation.
