<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Telesales Executive in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, engage potential clients over the phone, and close sales deals for various real estate projects. You will play a crucial role in expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets for the company. This position requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Location: Jumeirah Lake Tower</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Note: CANDIDATES BASED OUTSIDE OF UAE WILL NOT BE CONTACTED.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Lead Generation:</strong> Identify and research potential clients in the real estate market through various sources, including databases, online platforms, and referrals.</p><p><strong>Cold Calling:</strong> Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce the company’s real estate offerings, and provide information about available properties, projects, and investment opportunities.</p><p><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Establish rapport with potential clients, build long-term relationships, and nurture leads by addressing their queries, concerns, and requirements effectively.</p><p><strong>Product Knowledge:</strong> Develop a deep understanding of the company’s real estate portfolio, including residential, commercial, and investment properties. Stay updated on market trends, pricing, features, and benefits of the properties.</p><p><strong>Consultative Selling:</strong> Listen attentively to client’s needs, provide suitable property recommendations, and highlight the unique selling points of each property to convince them of its value.</p><p><strong>Sales Presentations:</strong> Conduct persuasive sales presentations over the phone, utilizing effective sales techniques, showcasing property details, and addressing any objections or hesitations.</p><p><strong>Follow-Up: </strong>Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels. Keep them engaged and informed about new projects, price changes, or promotional offers.</p><p><strong>CRM Management:</strong> Accurately update customer information, interactions, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
