Job Description

<p>We are seeking experienced tele sales representatives to join our team and help us grow our client base by closing qualified leads.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>* Generate and qualify leads to build a potential customers</p><p>* Outbound Calls </p><p>* Call all leads generated by the company</p><p>* Book qualified meetings from the leads</p><p>* Ensure qualified leads are converted to booked meetings</p><p>* Present and promote and upsell 360 Inc’s products and services to potential customers</p><p>* Negotiate and close deals with potential customers
</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>* Proven sales success, with at least 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field</p><p>* Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>* Excellent negotiation and closing skills</p><p>* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team</p><p>* Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed</p><p>* Familiarity with CRM software and a good understanding of lead generation processes</p><p>* A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.</p><p>* Dependent Visa Holder Preferred </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>* Good Commission Structure</p><p>* Medical Insurance</p>
