Conduct outbound sales calls:</p><p> - Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.</p><p> - Follow the established script and sales process to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.</p><p> - Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest and close sales.</p><p><br></p><p>2. Achieve sales targets:</p><p> - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.</p><p> - Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to maximize revenue.</p><p> - Continuously update the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Provide exceptional customer service:</p><p> - Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and addressing their concerns.</p><p> - Ensure prompt and accurate response to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.</p><p> - Assist customers in selecting the right products/services to meet their specific needs.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Collaborate with the sales team:</p><p> - Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights.</p><p> - Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to help shape sales strategies.</p><p><br></p><p>5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge:</p><p> - Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services and stay informed about industry trends and developments.</p><p> - Stay updated on the competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings in the market.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Previous experience in telesales and customer service roles is essential.</p><p>- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced sales environment.</p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.</p><p>- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.</p><p>- Ability to handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional manner.</p><p>- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.</p><p>- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.</p><p>- Excellent time management and organizational skills.</p><p>- Knowledge of [industry/sector] is a plus.</p><p>- Very good in English is required . </p><p>If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we invite you to join our dynamic team.
