Job Description
- Attend Inbound leads and qualify client based on their interest and intent to purchase
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases
- Understand Dubai real estate and products to handle basic client queries
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our company and offerings to generate leads and appointments
- Schedule qualified appointments for field agents to meet with potential clients
- Follow up on fresh leads, which are not attended to by the agents as and when when provided
- Overall follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of appointments in the CRM system
- Provide detailed information to potential clients about our available properties and services
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including pre-sales and after-sales support
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide guidance to potential clients
- Update and maintain client databases and records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to track and report progress on sales activities
- Verify agentsβ feedback by calling the leads and gathering proper feedback.
- Speak with potential prospects on company website chat window and WhatsApp and get their details in order to convert them to a lead
- Provide daily / weekly and monthly report to the line manager about work progress
- Work in collaboration with lead coordinator to ensure that leads are assigned in timely manner
Skills
- Bachelor`s degree or equivalent
- Ability to handle a high degree of stress and pressure
- Ability to make an average of 40 – 50 outbound calls per day
- Real estate experience would be an advantage
- Fluency in German, French, Arabic and other languages would also be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette
- Exceptional organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in use of MS Windows and related Office products
- High energy and self-disciplined
- Previous experience in a Real Estate environment will be an advantage
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English
- Currently present in Dubai
