<strong>Purpose of the Job</strong><p><br></p>Managing a portfolio of top SME accounts to ensure increasing Orange’s market share within those accounts and enhancing the revenues generated from them by selling them new products/services and handling the accounts complains and concerns to maximize customer satisfaction levels and reach highest loyalty positions to ensure protection against competition attacks.<p><br></p><strong>Duties And Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Responsible for managing & maintaining the assigned SME accounts.</li><li>Develop a trustworthy relationship with the customers.</li><li>Make a wide penetration in the portfolio and get acquainted with all decision makers and influencers.</li><li>Develop the sales within the existing portfolio by promoting new products & solutions to the customers.</li><li>Increase the revenue & the active base of the existing accounts by retaining the customers & acquiring new users within the existing portfolio.</li><li>Timely communicate & advise the customers with all new offers, tariffs, business solutions, tariff advisors & proceed with the required actions through the enterprise support team.</li><li>Act as a focal point between the customers & the other departments (Credit, Enterprise Support, Enterprise Complaint Handling, Enterprise Save Team, Technology) to ensure fulfilling & solving the customers requests & complaints.</li><li>Handle any received termination & port out cases related to the assigned portfolio & save the customers using all the available tools.</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team to provide the customers with the required offers & ensure fulfilling the marketing conditions.</li><li>Report their figures on weekly basis to their direct manager.</li><li>Achieving sales & revenue targets.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Job Specifications:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Education</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>University degree, preferably in business administration<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Experience</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>5 years experience in sales</li><li>Experience in Sales of value added products & services<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Skills And Abilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Very good English both spoken and written</li><li>Very good computer skills</li><li>Practical, reliable and flexible</li><li>Good communication & negotiation skills</li><li>Able to manage stress & pressure effectively<br></li></ul>
