Job Description

Telephone Supervisor

We at Novotel & ibis World Trade Centre and ibis One Central are seeking for a Telephone Supervisor to join our Front Office team.

What you will be doing:

– Responsible to run effectively the switchboard and supervise the operators ensuring incoming calls are given the highest possible service and include key responsibilities.
– Ensuring that every calls is attended and greeted politely in a professional manner as per the standard.
– Maintain up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and communicate this to subordinates so they can supply information and respond to guest queries.
– Has an impeccable attitude which conveys the image of the brand and hotel
– Maintain an awareness of guest profiles through OPERA guest profile system.
– Communicate any telephone faults and changes to the IT department.
– Deal with any complaints, take action where appropriate and communicate this to the Manager.
