<p><strong>Marketing Executive -</strong> You will be part of a dynamic sales team and play a vital role in expanding the company’s client base. Your objective is to engage prospects, qualify leads, and listing for real estate agents or brokers.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><span>Your primary responsibility supports the sales team, generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and promote company listing properties and assisting with company Social media portfolio. </span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).</p><p>Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the real estate industry.</p><p>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</p><p>Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.</p><p>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.</p><p>Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry.</p><p>Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and meeting deadlines.</p><p>Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.</p><p>Good organizational and time management skills.</p><p>Knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, and relevant regulations is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>Interested candidate Email: info@aimrowrealty.com</p><p>Please note: Immediate joining only</p>
