Position : Technology Manager
Qualification and Experience
· Master’s degree in computer science / MBA or related field.
· 10+ years working in a technology-focused role.
· 5+ years of managerial experience.
· Strong technical background, with experience leading technology teams.
· Proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
· Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to support business decisions.
· Ensure network components work together seamlessly to meet business needs, using their full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitor solutions.
· Analyze processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement.
· Prepare cost–benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best possible service and value for business needs.
· Designing training programs and workshops for staff
· Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups.
· Conducting regular system audits and running regular checks on network and data security.
· Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
· Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
· Reporting regular operation system reports with management.
· Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
· Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
· Managing IT team members and identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
· Any other technology-related tasks as assigned by the Management.
