The National Industrialization Company (TASNEE) holds 90% of the company’s shareholding, while the remaining shareholding is held by reputed businessmen of the country<p><br></p>An exciting opportunity is available for <strong>Technician IV, Electrical </strong>Based in Riyadh.<p><br></p><em><u>About the role:</u></em><p><br></p>The Electronic Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment and systems/components in industrial settings/field. The ideal candidate will have understanding of electronic theory and design principles, designing new components to troubleshooting and repairing existing equipment, and electronic engineering principles and a proven track record of success in the industrial field.<p><br></p>Responsible for routine electronic maintenance of moderate complexity, while maintaining the availability of plant machinery and equipment of the company, performing preventive and corrective maintenance in order to keep in full operation, in accordance with standards and procedures of quality, safety and environment. Able to sign off tasks on major and minor activities<p><br></p><em><u>You will be responsible to:</u></em><p><br></p><ul><li>Design, install, maintain, and repair/troubleshooting electronic components, systems and software for industrial applications/settings</li><li>Work with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and repair electronic systems and develop and implement new technologies</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment, motherboard, PLC,cards and CPU.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on the latest electronic &amp; technologies trends.</li><li>Ensure equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution and requests materials needed “electronic”. Reports resources and time utilized, job scope expansion, doing the acceptable fixes to get equipment running promptly and rework or deferred maintenance as required; also Maintain all tasks &amp; activities “electronic documentation” logged and updated.</li><li>Support planning activities, providing necessary material, to carry out electronic/system maintenance activities.</li><li>Prepare technical, study, monthly reports and presentations</li><li>All planned maintenance tasks (scheduled &amp; emergent) relevant to rotating and ancillary equipment and emergency tasks. </li><li>Uses an engineering drawings and sketches with and equipment specifications in the carry out of basic maintenance activities.</li><li>locate and diagnoses electronic faults on equipment involving complex interlocking or inter-related electronic/electrical actions </li><li>Assistance technically less experienced technicians to carry out electronic/electrical activities </li><li>use a comprehensive range of hand tools, measuring instruments, and workshop machine tools for takes measurements of vibration, frequency and others basic measurements in electronic equipment.</li><li>Participate in the preparation of electronics and electrics maintenance programs and/or programming of activities in the area.</li><li> install electronic/electrical equipment/machinery, may involve numerically controlled electronics, plc, CPU, electrical and programming</li><li> Execute electronics/electrics activities and maintains, adjusts, and sets up production or process equipment</li><li>Permitting compliance with all relevant HSE standards/requirements, seeks to ensure a healthy, safe work, environment and working practices at all times and liaison and coordination with other Departments as required. </li><li>May deputize for supervisor. Takes some responsibility for day-to-day team admin and provides to junior team members </li><li>Work within 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.</li><li>Perform preventive maintenance with analysis and other types of maintenance as corrective, emergency..etc</li></ul><p><br></p><em><u>About You:</u></em><p><br></p><strong>Minimum Qualification:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Diploma in electrical or a related field</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Minimum Experience:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>4 + years of experience with Diploma in the industrial field</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Required Skills:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent understanding of electronic theory and troubleshooting and design principles and manufacturing.</li><li>Experience with PLC &amp; CPU testing, design and troubleshooting.</li><li>Experience with electronic testing and troubleshooting.</li><li>Electronics Codes and Standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li></ul>
