Job Description

<strong>Role Purpose<br></strong><ul><li>An experienced maintenance technician’s primary responsibility is troubleshooting CNC &amp; manual lathe equipment and ensuring Planned Maintenance (PM) procedures are completed.</li><li>Responsible for the maintenance, repair and setup of CNC machines and other mechanical equipment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Accountabilities &amp; Activities<br></strong><ul><li>Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining Centers.</li><li>Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls.</li><li>Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.</li><li>Identify and replace parts as necessary.</li><li>Complete testing and adjustments of parts as needed.</li><li>Complete planned and preventative procedures.</li><li>Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.</li><li>Measure and adjust hydraulic pressure. Read and interpret basic hydraulic symbol and schematic. Inspect/replace damaged or faulty hydraulic line. Able to diagnose and solve any technical problem at Hydraulic system.</li><li>Perform to interprets basic pneumatic symbol. Interpret pneumatic principle. Perform to diagnose any technical problem at Pneumatic system and able to solve pneumatic systems problem.</li><li>Have advance knowledge of measuring tools and advance skill to use appropriate measurement instrument for measurement task.</li><li>Advance knowledge to demonstrate appropriate set-up procedure and have ability to interpret principle of mechanism.</li><li>Instruction the team with under control.<br><br></li></ul>Education &amp; Certifications<br><ul><li>Diploma in Mechanical Engineer (Industrial).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Years Of Experience<br></strong><ul><li>5 years of experience as industrial technician.</li></ul>
