Job description:<br><br><p>Role: </p><p> </p><p>Responsible for maintaining and operating the plant critical system and equipment’s and building facility equipment’s.</p><p> </p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p> </p><p>1. Able to provide a moderate level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of electricity systems and plant equipment’s within scope of training and related procedures.</p><p>2. Performs electrical preventive maintenance of all plant equipment’s including utility machines on a regular basis as per the preventive maintenance scheduled plans.</p><p>3. Responsible for electrical repairing of building components, all plant non-productive equipment’s such as Fire Fighting pumps, Laundry equipment’s, Canteen equipment’s…. etc.</p><p>4. Responsible for repairing and monitoring the whole plant electrical system including the routine check of backup generator and power transformers.</p><p>5. Be able to operate all utility machines (Boiler, RO system, Distiller, Chillers, Cooling Towers and Air compressors, Generator and firefighting system).</p><p>6. Must be familiar with plant SOPs and Corporate specifications governing the operation of utility machines, and able to perform the routine Fire Alarm system inspection.</p><p>7. Able to perform the daily routine electrical maintenance on utility machines, and familiar in recording data as per GMP/GDP requirements by filling the daily log sheets, also able to review these records in association with tasks trained and assigned to ensure they are complete, accurate and compliant with GMP requirements.</p><p>8. Total Employee Involvement with responsibility for EHS per Facility Best Safety Practices (BSPs) in Employee Accountability and operate workshop equipment’s and maintain the plant equipment’s in a safe way.</p><p> </p><p>Qualification and Education:</p><p> </p><p>Diploma and BSc degree in Electrical Engineering</p><p>Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in Electrical engineering at industrial plants.</p><p>Special Skills: Requires some familiarity with generally accepted PLC, Electrical panel board and trouble shooting.</p><p>Other: Must be familiar with plant SOPs and Corporate specifications governing the operation and local GMP practices.</p><p> </p>
