<p>We are a fast growing company in the digital transformation field, currently in search of a proficient Technical Writer to join our team and contribute to our successful journey.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>As a Technical Writer, your key duties will include:</p><ol><li>Writing, editing, and refining high-quality technical proposals in response to RFPs, ensuring all requirements are adequately addressed.</li><li>Developing and maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive user manuals, SDK documentation, and other technical documents for our SaaS products.</li><li>Collaborating with our development and product teams to understand product details and translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.</li><li>Reviewing and proofreading technical documents for quality, accuracy, and formatting consistency.</li><li>Assisting in the collection and organization of information required for projects, converting them into well written User Stories in the projects Product Backlog.</li><li>Adapting technical language and complex concepts to make them easily understandable for a non-technical audience.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:</p><ol><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or a related field.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or a similar role in a software, IT, or digital transformation setting.</li><li>Proven experience in developing documentation for SaaS products, SDKs, and IT technical proposals.</li><li>Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their applications in the software development process.</li><li>Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams.</li></ol>
