<p>TwentyToo is on the lookout for a Technical Team Lead!</p><p><br></p><p>We want an action-oriented Team Lead who believes in the problem we’re solving in the ever-changing world of data &amp; fashion. In that case, we want you on our leadership team!</p><p><br></p><p>As our Team Lead, you’ll lead our AI/ML, Backend, and Frontend teams, who work daily to reshape the traditional fashion world using data and AI.</p><p><br></p><p>At TwentyToo, we’re flipping the fashion cycle using AI. We predict the winning products each season based on users’ behavior. We’re helping fashion businesses reduce dead inventory, increase conversion rates, and speed up the cash-to-product-to-cash cycle.</p><p><br></p><p>Here are the skills and qualifications that we are looking for as a conversation starter:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, programming, mathematics, or related field.</li><li>7+ years of tech management expertise with proficiency in Java or Node.js.</li><li>Experience in data science, computer vision, NLP, and machine learning models.</li><li>2+ years of hands-on technical leadership and team management experience.</li><li>Strong background in building, scaling, and coaching tech teams, managing product delivery, budgeting, and planning.</li><li>Expertise in architecting software products and designing distributed systems (Microservices, Event-Driven, RESTful Services).</li><li>Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development models.</li><li>Experience with continuous delivery, deployment, and scaling on AWS or GCP.</li><li>Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.</li><li>Familiarity with the mobile landscape, architectures, and emerging tech trends (preferred).</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.</li><li>Track record of delivering high-quality results, prioritizing activities, and managing time efficiently.</li><li>Balancing between continuous product discovery and delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Your responsibility will be:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the technical vision, methodologies, and solutions for TwentyToo.</li><li>Guide team in delivering innovative solutions to meet market demands.</li><li>Coach and foster growth of the technical team, creating a sense of community.</li><li>Organize and structure product development teams for efficient project delivery.</li><li>Manage technological resources for short and long-term needs.</li><li>Develop and own technical roadmaps and budgets for successful execution.</li><li>Drive strategic direction, development, and future growth through core capabilities and partnerships.</li><li>Oversee the software development team, evaluate performance, and manage the budget.</li><li>Solve engineering challenges and monitor technology performance.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver new products and enhancements.</li><li>Establish technology standards and ensure adherence to best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you think you are qualified and excited to lead our tech journey, send us at&nbsp;cto@twentytoo.ai</p>
