Your responsibilities will include:</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>✓ Rapidly addressing and resolving support tickets raised by clients, ensuring timely acknowledgements and responses.</p><p>✓ Providing comprehensive assistance to clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, texting, and remote desktop tools.</p><p>✓ Collaborating with your teammates to troubleshoot and brainstorm solutions for complex issues that may arise.</p><p>✓ Displaying exceptional phone manners and establishing friendly rapport with clients at a corporate level.</p><p>✓ Working closely with other teams to efficiently manage inbound tickets and facilitate seamless handovers.</p><p>✓ Upholding the highest standards of technical effectiveness and delivering outstanding customer experiences.</p><p>✓ Managing your time effectively to maximize productivity and handle delegated tasks at an optimal rate.</p><p>✓ Showcasing your skills in editing, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting POS menus.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary</strong></p><p>✓ Net salary starting at 7000 EGP, Salary increase depending on Performance/Qualifications</p><p>✓ Annual Increase</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>✓ Previous Call Center Experienced adhering to soft skills technics.</p><p>✓ Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>✓ Previous IT experience or technical aptitude is preferred.</p><p>✓ Proficiency in Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.</p><p>✓ Strong knowledge of Windows services, TCP/IP, and networking.</p><p>✓ Familiarity with SQL is preferred but not essential.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><p><span>✓</span> Smouha, Alexandria</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CV(s) to be sent to mena@3s-pos.com</strong></p>
