By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio<br><br><strong>What your day will look like:<br></strong><ul><li> Remote assistance on data exploitation of the management tool.</li><li> Queries regarding views, filters, or use of reports.</li><li> Resolution of incidents related to reports.</li><li> Drafting and management of the incident ticket.</li><li> Diagnosis, study, and resolution of the incident.</li><li> Creation and/or modification of reports.</li><li> Explanation and documentation for the client.</li><li> Consultation of the incident with other departments, and if necessary, escalation.<br><br></li></ul><u><strong>About you:<br><br></strong></u>SQL Server language<br><br>List generation tools (Crystal Reports)<br><br>Office (Access)<br><br>HTML language<br><br>Nice to have Spanish language
