Aspire Software is looking for <strong>Technical Support </strong>to join our team in Lebanon.<br><br><strong>Here is a little window into our company:</strong> Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.<br><br>The candidate will provide remote assistance to customers around the world, find fixes, workarounds and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service. Must be technically capable with strong organizational and customer service skills<br><br><strong><u>What Your Day Will Look Like<br><br></u></strong>Triage tickets from customers<br><br>Prioritize and escalate tickets<br><br>Work on tickets and document problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolution<br><br>Assist customers with issues via phone<br><br>Provide data corrections via SQL<br><br><strong><u>About You<br><br></u></strong>Fluent English<br><br>Strong SQL knowledge<br><br>Some linux terminal experience<br><br>Some java knowledge<br><br><strong><u>Optional<br><br></u></strong>AWS knowledge<br><br>Jira servicedesk experience
