<p><strong>What we need:</strong></p><p><strong><u>Technical Supervisor</u> </strong>for <strong>Khalladi Wind Farm in Tangier Morocco </strong>will provide all required technical guidance on troubleshoots on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. Supervise the preventive, and corrective maintenance works, daily troubleshooting, and repair and/or replacement of wind turbine mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems and components.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who will fit:</strong></p><ul><li>3-4 years’ of experience as a Wind Turbine Technician in Vestas V90 WTGs, including extensive experience in troubleshooting, uptower repairs, replacement of major components and operation (start/ stop/ reset) of Vestas V90 3MW.</li><li>Technical Degree holder in Electrical or Electromechanical</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What are the required attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to climb and work a top freestanding wind turbine tower that exceed 80 meters in height.</li><li>Possess excellent customer relationship, advanced leadership and management skills. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.</li><li>Ability to produce clear and concise technical procedures in English language. </li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings and single line diagrams.</li><li>Ability to solve complex problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision, given proper instructions.</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Proven capabilities of knowledge transfer and continuous guidance of more junior technicians</li><li>Good work organizational skills, with multitasking capabilities to deal with many requirements in parallel.</li><li>Good reporting and paperwork handling capabilities</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to continuously learn to further advance skills on troubleshooting and repair of the wind turbines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>About NOMAC</strong></p><p>Founded in 2005, and firmly established in the GCC, North Africa and South, Middle Europe and East Europe regions, providing high quality O&M (Operation & Maintenance) services for power production and water desalination projects, regionally and globally.</p><p><br></p><p>More of us, and opportunities in <strong>www.nomac.com</strong></p>
