<strong>Role Purpose<br><br></strong>Able to manage a territory and establish healthy customer relationships to achieve expected department’s productivity levels<br><br><strong>Job Accountabilities &amp; Activities<br><br></strong><strong>Technical expertise and digital competencies<br></strong><ul><li>Demonstrate technical expertise and digital competencies while providing specialist services on critical sites.</li><li>Effectively execute all required territory management and call handling procedures<br><br></li></ul><strong>Customer service<br></strong><ul><li>Assist Service Teams in allotting and distributing Customer Service Calls, new installations, KOT, and critical calls on new equipment’s, while also getting the required feedbacks of all call parameters</li><li>Adhere territory back-up plans and effectively handle difficult customer situations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Behavior<br><br></strong>Serve as a role model, and exhibit professional appearance and behavior under the most difficult situations at all times.<br><br><strong>Targets achievements<br><br></strong>Proactively seek ways to improve procedures and successfully manage a team of Technical Service Representatives, in meeting the requirements and provide revenue targets.<br><br><strong>Reporting<br><br></strong>Generate activity reports on team performance.<br><br><strong>Stakeholders<br><br></strong>Working closely with Sales Department to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.<br><br><strong>Administrative<br><br></strong>Complete all administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner and comply with all company policies.<br><br><strong>Education &amp; Certifications<br><br></strong>Graduate Diploma holder Electronics Engineering<br><br><strong>Required Years Of Experience<br><br></strong>3-5 years in similar function of MFP / OA Segment
