For this role, you will be expected to be located in Casablanca, Morocco.

A Day in the Life

Under the leadership of the Services & Repair Manager, the Technical Services Specialistis the individual contributor who provides organizational related support or service for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision, where you will work in close cooperation withlocal service & repair team, In this position you.

• Provides on-site repair and technical service.

•Special Tasks may include Installation, Trouble shooting, Calibration, PPM, Field corrective action perform on site, handling equipment complaints for all Medtronic portfolio.

•Provides technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals responding to product related questions, issues and problems.

•Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.

•May have some involvement in cross functional assignments.

Problems and issues faced are general, and may require understanding of broader set of issues or other job areas but typically are not complex .

•Communication and Influence: Communicates primarily and frequently with internal contacts.

Must Haves

·Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical from relevant universities,

·4-5 year experience in a similar position,

·Good command of MS Office programs,

·Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skillsand ability to work in and lead cross functional teams,

·Well organized, aptitude for paperwork,good follow-up skills, strong organizational and co-ordination skills,

·Active and good listener, team player, effective problem solving skills,result and quality orientation,

·Good command of both written and spoken French and English.

Nice to Haves

·Service experience in similar equipment.

·Previous experience in Moroccan countries medical field.
