We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Technical Sales Professional to work on our Business Development Team presenting Alnafitha’s business applications offerings.

The Technical Sales Professional (TSP) is responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers. The TSP must be able to articulate the company’s technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical and business issues of assigned accounts/territory to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

This position will partner with sales, customer success, technical teams to craft and execute strategies to drive our customers’ adoption and use of Alnafitha’s services.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve technical scopes in reference to client requirements.
  • Achieve numeric objectives for assigned products/ territories. 
  • Continuously develop a healthy pipeline by generate new qualified opportunities for assigned products/ territories.
  • Assist sales team in qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Deliver customized exceptional presentations and demos, to present and demonstrate Alnafitha’s solutions and services to customers.
  • Conduct technical assessments, build scope of work/low level technical scope based on the business requirements.
  • Deliver solutions related documentations that could include technical proposal / fact sheets, user manual, etc.
  • Improving the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within Alnafitha and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology.
  • Participating in building Alnafitha’s technical content library. Ex. Knowledge base, service catalogue and other technical contents.    
  • Assist in representing Alnafitha in any forum (i.e. seminars, technical or marketing, conferences event)
  • Workshops and Training: Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consume their products and services.
  • Ad hoc Services: Short and time limited engagements focused on implementing specific scenario, customer specific issue remediation or support (e.g. Chalk Talks).
  • Mentor other team members on deployed solutions and best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent.
  • Inbound Certification (Preferred)
  • Sales Enablement (Preferred)
  • Content Marketing (Preferred)
  • Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing or equivalent (preferred)

Technical Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as – business applications technical sales, consultant or related position.
  • Experience working with Zoho CRM and other Zoho solutions.
  • Acceptable knowledge in customization using Java, Deluge
  • Understanding of sales, marketing, accounting, and HR processes is a must. 
  • Business strategy and market development knowledge with demonstrated analytical and business modeling skills.
  • Must be passionate about technology and creating great customer experiences.
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a complex technical and business environment, including ability to communicate and influence various internal stakeholders and across functions (such as marketing, sales, services, customer success and finance).
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.
  • Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills
